Titulaire d’un Master de Droit Douanier et Réglementations Internationales, Géraldine a débuté sa carrière à la Direction Douane de Renault, en tant que responsable des équipes opérationnelles France pendant 5ans, et puis en tant que Responsable Ingénierie douane Europe pendant 4ans. Par la suite, elle a occupé le poste de Responsable Département Douane du Groupe Rocher. Depuis 2015, Géraldine est Directrice Douane et Réglementation Commerce Extérieur pour la Division Mode de la Maison CHANEL. Fort de son équipe constituée depuis 9ans, elle a obtenu la certification OEA de la Maison, déployé les systèmes d’informations douane (produits et flux), et fait reconnaître la douane comme un levier clé dans le business de la Maison et de ses partenaires. Tout ce parcours et ces différentes expertises lui permettent maintenant de construire une stratégie douane MONDE avec l’ensemble des marchés, en coopération étroite avec l’Administration Douane.

Thomas GLANZER

Thomas Glanzer works for Schwarz Dienstleistung KG, where he is responsible for strategic customs issues and processes for the Schwarz Group companies. Following his training in the logistics sector and a degree in business administration, he worked for various logistics service providers for several years before he started at Lidl Stiftung & Co KG in January 2000. There he initially managed the operational import division and later took on international responsibility for all customs and foreign trade issues and processes within the company. As part of the centralisation of the strategic customs function for all companies in the Schwarz Group, which includes Lidl Stiftung and numerous other companies, he assumed group-wide responsibility for customs within Schwarz Dienstleistung in 2017.

A trained lawyer, Milena COOK holds a professional Master's degree in Customs Law and International Regulations. She began her career in the Customs and Tax Representation Department of the Gefco Group, where she handled tenders, regulatory monitoring, and analysis. Subsequently, she coordinated the customs activity of the network in Europe, Turkey, and Russia. In 2012, Milena joined the Arkema Group as Customs Manager, managing special regimes, audits, and customs authorizations. In 2017, she joined the Renault Group as EMEA Regional Director, responsible for coordinating the customs network of industrial and commercial subsidiaries. Her main objectives are compliance, smooth operations, and optimization of customs procedures. In 2023, Milena took on the global leadership of the customs activities at the Renault Group.
